Modern 2nd floor condo in the 4th ward neighborhood of Uptown Charlotte. Close to everything, but away from the noise at night.

Close to restaurants, shops and parks. Walkable to just about anywhere in Uptown. Full kitchen with everything you need to make your own meals. Access to rooftop grill and patio and pool when open.

Very comfortable stay.
This apartment was close enough to downtown to walk and soak up the sites. The owner left a listing of places nearby to visit (and I did most of them). All-in-all, safe, clean and close. I had a hiccup when I came in, but the manager, Michael, was at the ready and got me in easily.

It was perfect.
This place was so cute & modern the way I like it with floor to ceiling windows. I struggled for a second getting the key out of the lock box lol but aside from that check in was smooth, the bed was so so comfortable, location is beyond perfect and I will definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway
My wife and I took a weekend trip to Charlotte. The accommodations were all that we expected. The location was ideals for all of the activities that we were interested in. Michael and Allen were very flexible with our check in/out times. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The space was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a nest thermostat so we could set the temperature to our liking. The property was close to lots of restaurants and easy to walk, drive, or take ride shares. We would definitely stay again!

We were in Charlotte for a concert at the Spectrum center. Condo was in a nice building- walkable to the concert. Really nice stay

Few mishaps here and there, a little dirty and check in was a little hard. Overall the location can’t really get better. Hotels across the block are $3-500+ a night. No bnb type rental is perfect but for the price you can’t complain. Only things I saw as an issue were the dishes were not cleaned the best, water spots and smudges. The dishwasher isn’t the strongest I assume, next was hot water. It runs out in maybe 10-15 in you’re lucky. Again few other Bnbs in the area this cheap so if you’re just looking for a place to really crash for a weekend in the city, etc. This is perfect, wasn’t great having to wait 45 minutes in between showed to not get hit with the cold.

Nice location and comfortable stay
The place was nice and the pictures were fairly accurate. We didn’t end up using the TV because at first it wasn’t plugged in then we plugged it in and it didn’t really work. Other than that that was the only issue we had but it was comfortable and quiet for being downtown.

Loved the secure parking!
Great apartment, comfortable bed, great parking under the building, and convenient location. It does face the highway, so you do have lots of traffic noise, but it still worked great for me.
