"Good location but poorly managed. Housekeeping is nearly non-existent. I had to ask multiple staff at the front desk several times to have housekeeping clean after no service for days, then maybe two days out of six, despite a promise of daily housekeeping. Of the two days when service was provided, one was adequate and one was poor. "

"This is our second time. We came back because we thought it was good previous time with friendly staff. It was a lot quieter but this was a busy weekend with families of young children in town. That's when I realized how bad the acoustics was at the hotel. I could hear the noise from the very rowdy occupants above our room. There was the repeated noise from some people jumping up and down on the floor and running around. And it was past 9 pm. I called front desk a couple of times and they said they will investigate but the noise kept going. They should have put families with young children on the GF. There are only two floors to the hotel. Previous stay, we were on the 2/f. I do love that it's no pets and no smoking hotel."

"Overall, not impressive accommodations. It was clean but the room was small (2 queen beds). The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty and window blind was broken. No waffles available on the first morning, even though all the fixings were set out for them. Juice machine out of order. Parking was adequate. "

"When we checked in, I swear the man at the desk was smoking or vaping pot. It smelt like pot real bad when you walked i. The door. Hot tub was so loud that it couldn’t be used. Someone’s hair was wrapped around the blow dryer. Did not look very clean. The room smelled terrible. We had to open up the patio sliding door for fresh air and it did not have a screen door. The pad for the bed was not big enough and it stopped about the area of your upper back so you felt that all night. Breakfast food was a joke. Cereal was all I saw. We ran out of toilet paper because there was hardly any there to start with. The guy at the front desk said they were out of supplies and told us to go to the hotel next door and say he sent us and they would give us one. Won’t stay there again and will warn others. "

"Weber's is a very nice boutique hotel an easy drive from the center of Ann Arbor. The facilities are clean and modern and the ample on-site parking is a huge bonus in a town where free overnight parking for those without residency permits is extremely scarce. I didn't use the pool or dine at the restaurant, but the fact are both are there, onsite, and easily accessible by guests of the hotel is very desirable. My only complaint, really, is that they charge for plain old drip coffee at the breakfast bar in the morning. I can sort of understand why doing this might not seem like nickel-and-diming to them; after all, Weber's is an award-winning restaurant as much as a hotel, so charging for for and drink is a foundational part of their business model. It does feel a little chintzy in an era when even lower end chain hotels offer unlimited free coffee 24 hours a day in their lobbies, though. You want to charge for espresso drinks, fine; I get it. There's real labor involved in making those to order. But the quick cup of drip coffee on the way out the door in the morning just feels like a staple at nicer hotels at this point. So perhaps they could offer that in the hotel lobby, and continue to direct guests to the breakfast bar for fancy coffee drinks. I expect under those circumstances guests would rave about the convenience of the breakfast bar, rather than feeling deprived over being charged for an eight ounce cup of coffee they would get for free at any other hotel."
