“空调太冷了，调29度也很冷，也没有多余的被子。免费早餐一般。总体对三星来说，无功无过。”

“Very good”

“The staff is terrific, super helpful and the restaurant is wonderful”

“Nice little hotel in small town. Basic Nice people. Bad situation with parking. Large room”

“This is an old hotel but very well maintained. The breakfasts are amazing. The rooms are cleaned every day and the staff is SUPER friendly, this hotel is family owned and the owner bends over backwards to please his clients in every way possible. My family and friends had a great time and the train station is very near.”

“Beautiful room, excellent location.”

“Breakfast was really good and they provided gluten free options, which was nice. The location is nice, but it not convenient to anything within walking distance.”

“This hotel was stunning and we recommend this beautiful hotel. We had a roofbox and outside parking was no issue unlike some other hotels we stayed in on our trip around Europe. The room and building, breakfast and facilities were excellent. The staff we great but we had one issue with the shower and water temperature in the morning which was cold. On querying with the reception I was told the water should be allowed to run and it would get warm, they checked but the water was still “cool” but……

“Everything is absolutely perfect & beautiful. It’s my 2nd time to stay there. I can only say everyone would love there, when they have stayed there for once. For those who love art pieces, I guarantee that having a stay there would escalate your interest to the hotel. I do love there, and I will be back again soon. ”

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups, only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”

“Es un hotel recién renovado en el centro de Rapallo. Muy cómodo porque te puedes mover a pie desde el hotel por todo el centro... No tiene parking pero si, valet parking que te lleva el coche hasta un parking privado con un coste de 30€ el dia, lo cual es comodisimo. Las habitaciones son correctas, nos dieron una en el tercer piso -nos hicieron un upgrade, gracias- con un pequeño balcón desde donde se divisaba la bahía, muy bonita. El desayuno correcto.”

“Convenient location Clean facilities”
