"When we first checked in, we received keys to a room that was not cleaned. The beds were unmade towels all on floor in bathroom. However the staff responded fast and got us another room"

"Room was very clean and comfortable, but it would have been nice to have a guide for the AC controls. The room and all textiles in the room felt damp for the first night and next morning. We saw a "DRY" button on the controls and pushed it. The air felt less damp almost immediately and the towels ..."
