“Room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.”

“No breakfast offered not for the last 2 years. The security latch on the room door was broken and the towels smelt like curry”

“Clean room. Breakast NOT included with room. Breakfast buffet offered for $12.99 per person. Front desk person was unable to look up my member number while every other IHG hotel has no problem with that. I had t o call to get the number from customer service.”

“The breakfast was very good, the lobby lovely , all the grounds and the hotel itself was very nice , very clean m. The staff that we met were outstanding. Housekeeping not so much . They never came to our room I had to request clean towels . Trash was never emptied very disappointing . ”

“The staff wouldn’t let my daughter whose 18 check in even though we called before booking to confirm leaving her stranded with no where to stay. ”

“I really liked how helpful the young man that checked us in and just everything else about my stay even though they were renovating and kind of noisy I didn’t mind because it was for one night I didn’t complain at but I think they should of offered to reduce my price do to that but when come to Georgia to visit my family this is where I book so on my weekend stay comfort inn will be getting my business whenever the price is right for my finances overall it’s a comfortable stay.”

“Key cards didn’t work upon arrival at 1:30 am and the hotel desk person was home, had to wait 20 minutes for her to get there; cockroaches in the room, water in the b/r barely came out. Would never go there again. Not worth even $30/night! ”

“I was not real impressed. There are only two hotels In Glennville and I was told that this was the better one. It is very dated. The floor was not very clean. I had to wash my feet after walking on the floor barefoot. It is not a smoke free facility and it smelled heavily of smoke. It wasn’t listed as smoke free but it was strong. I wouldn’t stay again but it is a bed for the night. I would recommend staying at a hotel out of Glennville. ”

“While our room was large and the beds seemed comfortable, the room was fairly dirty with dirty mirrors and a broken sink that was completely unusable. We did let the front desk know and they gave us a plunger that brought up gross and disgusting black gunk. We told the front desk in the morning that the sink is broken and they said they are aware but book the room anyway. A lady knocked at our door at 8 am to clean it which we found kind of funny. Would not stay again. We didn’t get to have……

“The counter was nice and willing to help me and solve the problems yoy may have The room is a kind of dark and the smell is not that good But it is accordance with its price It is suitable for short living like one or two days”

“The property appears to be under construction/renovation. The room was nice, not worth the price though. Floor was dirty, more obvious bc its plank wood style so dirt sticks to your feet and socks. It was the friendliest staff member though, Faith or Faye. Very nice, a bucket of information in regard to the town, State of Ga too. Very helpful. Kind.”

“Seemed like you could get robbed easily at night in that parking lot. A lot of people walking around and outside. Holes everywhere. Didn’t try the air conditioner, didn’t want to touch anything or breathe the air in the room. ”
