"The staff were great, they stayed late because we were going to arrive late. They also spoke English well (always a concern for me with my shaky Spanish), And were very friendly. The parking is super convenient and quite affordable. Spots are reserved for hotel guests even on a busy Friday night. Only thing i don't like about the property is the door-less shower which means the bathroom floor is wet after showing. "

"Dianne & Cordell are a absolutely lovely and did everything to make my stay comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. My room was huge and beautiful, and the view from my patio was magnificent. The pool was perfect. Loved the hot water outdoor shower. The Hacienda is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax in a beautiful setting. Truly a unique experience."

"Very clean rooms. Entertainment areas at a walkable distance from the rooms. Hotel is like 5 minutes from shooping mall (Plaza del Caribe). Parking area should have transport to the Hotel (Even in a golf cart) but a little walk might be helpful. Overall great experience. Impressed with room cleanliness."
