The hotel is in a central location and easy to walk to everywhere. However the rooms need a huge update. Our room was dirty and bathroom was not cleaned when we checked in. Barely cleaned during our stay. Had breakfast at the hotel one day, waited 10-15 minutes before the staff would come up to bring the menu, another 15-20 minutes before water would bring to us before she took our order. There were only three tables that had guests before us. The waitresses never refill our coffee or bring any condiments for our breakfast ( no jam nor ketchup). More guests came after us but suffered the same treatment.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and it’s one we will return to each time we visit Philly. It’s modern, clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and the check in and check out process is seamless. 10/10 recommend.
