"Good experience, great for after Red Rocks shows, had a propane heater (it snowed, so this was key), clean bed. Property had some old cars and things on it, but great views in most directions. Not luxe, but what we needed and as described. "

"Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. The kitchen is small but well equipped. They provided coffee but I sure missed my morning tea. This is a great location to stay if you want to...
