"Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. The kitchen is small but well equipped. They provided coffee but I sure missed my morning tea. This is a great location to stay if you want to...

"The property was immaculately clean and the furnishings are all modern and very comfortable, including the beds. It’s very convenient to the highway, shopping and dining and all of the attractions we wanted to visit - Golden, Morrison, Boulder, Rocky Mnt Nat Park, etc. We were all frazzled after driving 900 miles and the property owner, Linda, was very patient and responsive to my questions about things that would have been answered had I noticed the instructions that were already clearly posted...
