“Place is incredible, sadly my short stay was ruined by staff in the towel collection area, who thought it was acceptable to shout and speak down to me for not returning a towel on the first day, which I wasn't aware I had to. For a luxury hotel it's let down by the basics. 1 towel is only allowed per person. Towels have to be returned at the end of the day, a considerable walk in the other direction of the room. Mosquitos and flys were all over my room when I first arrived, they use plugs to……

“Lovely clean room that was regularly serviced by super friendly staff Very useful approach of automatic aircon that is enabled when the windows close but switches off if they're opened. Excellent location by the harbour with many restaurants and shops close by. But good glazing prevents excess noise accessing the rooms on a night. The balcony was a wonderful touch.”

“L'hotel è come mi aspettavo da un due stelle a quel prezzo. È molto comodo al centro e al porto ( il giorno dopo avevamo il traghetto per la Turchia). Quello che non potevo aspettarmi è una puzza stranissima in camera molto forte (a cui non ci siamo potuti abituare) che ho segnalato ormai il mattino dopo al momento della partenza. Altra pecca una porta finestra che sembrava ingigantisse i rumori della strada sottostante. Credo che non ci voglia tanto a migliorare queste note negative. Intanto……
