"Perfect location along the beautiful Hamakua Coast! So lush and green. We can not stayed one night but right away I could tell this would be a good place to use as home base for a longer stay. The unit was perfectly appointed and the patio very relaxing with great views. The common area looks excellent, although we didn’t use. Some interesting books I would have liked to sit around and read. Short stay but I liked it. "

"The house was perfect for us. It was the best equipped rental we have experienced. The house was located between two cute towns. The farm was very serene and peaceful but there were plenty of things to do in the area. We loved the goats who were more like dogs. They would run to the fence to be petted. "Love love love this place. It is like travelling back to the 1920s with wooden parquet, incredible rooms and furnishings that take you back in time. I LOVE the green art deco bathroom - I feel like we have entered a different time - but so beautifully done. This is a jewel that should stay exactly the way it is... "The three of us were very comfortable in suite 1 with the little twin window bed. The sound of the ocean drowned out the songs of the coqui frogs. It was a great location to see the sights on the Hilo side. The breakfast was amazing: fresh fruit, French toast or coconut pancakes, eggs to order, and juice. They have a little cabinet with first aid items and extra sunscreen.The hosts were caring and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this place!!!"
