"Great time at this resort always. Many food options as we could use restaurants at Fiesta Americana as well! Pools recently updated were great! What is the best there are wonderful staff especially Arturo supervising that everyone is cared for and Jose at fish restaurant is always working hard to get everyone what we want! Chef Carlos and Nick did a great job for very special meals at Italian restaurant!! "

"We had a great time in off season. The property was clean and service was great. Ac was very cold. I love the beds and lounging. Plenty of access to towels. I loved that the food in buffets were closed off for bugs. Because it was off season it wasn’t crowded and very pleasant. The water is beautiful with many fish to see. It was so warm and clear. Pool service was fantastic. Aaron was great. The seafood restaurant had some of the best food I’ve had at an all inclusive. Taxi ride to downtown was about $15 and 10 minutes. Plenty of seats and towels. Cons: Kids club didn’t open until 12. The buffet wasn’t open at night but you need a reservation to the restaurants. The Mexican restaurant was great but we did not like the Asian. When checking out the elevator was broken. We were on the 6th floor. I traveled with 3 kids solo and had several bags and a stroller and no one would answer the phone for help. The spa amenities do not come with service when you book. I’ve never been to a resort that doesn’t let you use the hot tub or sauna if you book a service. We all had massages and weren’t allowed to use the amenities."

"one thing that stands out is the housekeeping staff and service. They kept the rooms clean and were very thorough. They kept the room stocked when the necessities...we never had to request for toilet paper, clean towels, or water. "

"We can’t recommend this property enough.We spent a week on the island with our adult children and this was the perfect place. Very spacious, plenty of beds, beach towels and filtered water. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The hosts are VERY responsive to communication and provide a lot of recommendations for sights and dining around the island. The pool is wonderful and there is snorkeling right off the beach across the road-literally steps from the property.The location is on the quieter south side which we prefer but it is an easy 15 min drive to shops and dining downtown.Would definitely stay again"

"This place is exactly as advertised. The location can not be beat. It was like we had our own private resort and private beach. The staff (house cleaners / pool cleaners) and the owners could not have been more welcoming and warm. We were introduced to local fishing guides and boat captains and were treated like royalty by all of them. We are already planning a trip to come back. "

"We made a last-minute change from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel and could not have been happier with our accommodations. The Landmark is a top-notch property, impeccably maintained, and quiet. Beautiful pool and hot tub. And our unit was well appointed, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. The hostess was also accommodating, courteous, and unhelpful. We highly recommend this place!"

"Lovely upscale apartment complex. Concierge addressed any questions or concerns instantly. Perfect location for reef snorkeling across the street. Free parking for our rental car with guard. Roomy, elegant apartment with balconies. I wouldn’t change a thing"
