Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. “Our rental was very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very helpful and available. They put us in contact with private transportation from the Cancun airport and arranged for the kitchen to be stocked when we arrived. Good snorkeling right off the beach. Could not have been more pleased with the pricing and value. We were in Cozumel for the 2020 Ironman race. The location of this rental is perfect for this event right between the swim start and first transition.”
