"The staff was super friendly and the room was nice. We appreciated the bottled water and beautiful rooftop view. The breakfast is the same thing everyday which gets tiresome during an extended stay. They also only give you 1 towel per person, no hand soap, no dish soap, or no laundry soap. Seems weird to have to pack your own soap to wash your hands after you use the bathroom. There are barking dogs that make it hard to sleep & it's a bumer to have to give them your driver's license to get...

"Loved the pool and area on the roof! My only complaint is the nosey traffic, which can't be helped, but nice to be aware of that. Also, it says oceanfront but there is a busy street, the main one... the ocean is there, but its kinda dirty down on that part and not much beach area. The staff outside letting you in and out are very nice, polite and helpful. I felt safe inside the property as a solo woman traveler, but I wanted to be able to walk on the beach at night from my room. I just couldn't...

"Nice modern NEW building, good 180 degree ocean rooftop view, powerful AC, comfortable bedding, but needs some adjustments. "Swing" rope chairs at kitchen counter are very uncomfortable, and are of NO practical value. No toaster which is very strange. Initially no drip coffee maker, it was supplied upon request on day 3. No desk height surface for computer work, the dining room table is six inches too high for keyboard use and kitchen counter has no usable chairs. No plastic pitcher for drinks....

10/10 Excellent
First time to stay "in town" and we loved it. Walking distance to lovely restaurants and the waterfront; private, secure, gated courtyard and lovely room; loved the picture window to our private garden. Every member of Staff was so gracious and helpful and loved meeting one of the owners (Jim.) Be sure and rent a car; the Villa has off-street parking agreement with a neighbor; very reasonable rate. Already planning to return next spring (we were there in October.)
