We enjoyed our stay. House was perfect with plenty of space for the fam & was in a great location - short boat ride to the springs and out to Homosassa Bay for scalloping. Really liked being able to take the boat to all the waterfront restaurants that were close by too.

We stayed a full week in Crystal River at this house and couldn’t have been happier. The owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. The location of the house was great, very close to a boat ramp. The beds were comfortable, the AC was solid, the appliances were all great, no complaints at all. Pool was nice and the canal in the back was fun to fish in. Would stay here again!

Nice place

Overall it is a very nice place. I think it could use a little updating like new pillows and get rid of the bed spreads but overall it was a good place to stay.

Great house not so great canal

The house was absolutely beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable. The pool came in very useful because our day was having to be scheduled around the tides. Canal is extremely shallow at low tide. Chipped the bottom of our hull. We had a deck boat so a flat boat or pontoon would probably be preferable. really close to all the great spots in Kings Bay. host is very accommodating and responsive.

Ideal scalloping location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our Labor Day weekend stay. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for 2 families. I would highly Recommend!

We stayed here for our annual friends and family scalloping trip. We brought our 23' Tri-toon. The canal was very shallow at low tide, but the owner gave us instructions on how to come and go so we wouldn't damage anything. Check in was seamless. Teri was very responsive and tried to accommodate us because we arrived earlier than expected. The house was great. Everything was clean. Whatever we needed we had available to us. The pool was fantastic to cool off in the afternoon after a day on the water scalloping. The kitchen was giant, and had anything we needed. The beds were all comfortable. The dock was perfect for our boat, and the fish cleaning area was huge! We also loved the outdoor kitchen area and the grill. We would definitely recommend this house to everyone, and we will most likely stay here again next year.

Wonderful

Our family had an absolutely marvelous time here for our Christmas vacation. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and it's at a great location. We loved kayaking around the area and getting close to the manatees and the birding was fantastic too. So many things to enjoy! We will definitely look into staying here again in the future. Crystal River Experience

Property was very nice, beds were all comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need. We had 4 couples and all were happy and had their own bedrooms. We had 2 boats, one 23 foot runabout and one 17 foot flats boat. Plenty of room. Pool was nice and lanai keep out the bugs. We had a great time. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful place with everything you need!

This property is on a beautiful canal in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare and serve meals. The interior is clean and beautifully decorated and the outdoor living space is great! The owners were very warm and responsive to any questions. We will be back! Smith Pass

It was the perfect place for my family to gather and go scalloping. We scallop every year and this is our first year staying at this home but I can definitely say it won't be our last. We loved it, just perfect. We would go scalloping all day, come home jump in the pool, cook our scallops, and then go fishing off the dock.

Very happy we picked this vacation home!

We originally picked this home because of the location, the dock, and the pool. But we were pleasantly surprised and this home exceeded our expectations!! The very large, spacious kitchen and wet bar are an absolute delight. House has a lot of elbow room and no one ever felt cramped. The house and amenities are better than described. We would highly recommend this home for your next crystal river adventure!

Best VRBO experience!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! The house and it’s grounds were both very clean and abundantly stocked with everything we could have ever needed. Teri was an absolute dream to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Additionally, the cleaning company found an item we left behind and immediately made arrangements to send it to us! It was a perfect home away from home and we will be back!

Great house

Very nicely appointed house with great indoor and outdoor spaces in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to town, to hiking and paddling trails. The canal is quiet, and the house has a floating dock facing a preserve. The yard is completely fenced in and safe for the dogs. We lucked out as a cold front came through during our stay bringing tons of manatees out of the gulf towards the springs. Quite a feast to be so close to so many of these gentle giants!!.

Lovelt Home

We loved the home. The owners are very easy to work with. They keep you informed about everything you need. The kitchen is just one word "AWESOME". It has everythin you need or want in a kitchen. Even has a stand alone ice maker. Not one of those little counter top ones but on the size of a small dishwasher. The beds are very comfortable. The pool and dock are great. The orange trees where an added bonus. I will say that on low tide a boat won't make it through a spot in the channel but you just need to avoid that time and you would be fine. We kayaked to see the manatees and it was beautiful. I did not get a change to use the outdoor kitchen but it looked very nice.

Nice house, great location

Because of COVID, we had to cancel our summer trip to Yellowstone. We chose to stay in Crystal River for a getaway that was close to home (2hr drive). The house was nicely appointed as described. We brought paddle boards and enjoyed paddling to Three Sisters Spring. There was a juvenile gator in the canal behind the house and several manatees that came by frequently. This was the restful getaway we had hoped for. The host was very responsive to emails and phone calls. We had a little problem with the AC that was quickly repaired. I hope they will fix the snook lights in the back. For better night fishing. We would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Terri!

Very nice. The canal is navigable at tides above 1'. Pay attention to the tides when planning your boating activities. Stay far right in the canal in bound and left exiting. The home is very charming and well equipped.

Love Crystal River

Always have an absolute blast staying in Crystal River. You can tell the home was recently remodeled fresh and very clean. Everything in the home is very well taken care of and communication with the owner is quick and responsive. The home is well stocked with every you would need to cook. Our only major complaint is the canal is extremely rocky. We have a 26 foot pathfinder and there were multiple times. It was very difficult to navigate due to the water being under 2 feet. The bottom is very rocky and really damaged our boat. At one point, we could not even reach the home because the canal was completely dry across. You have to watch the tides. Only one of the rocks is marked in the channel and thank goodness the neighbors let us know of another one. Unfortunately, there was even more and we took a big chunk at the bottom of our boat.
