The check-in process was far too long. It took almost 40 minutes to check in, even though we were in the express line. Unfortunately, the service we received upon arrival was also unpleasant. There was no welcome drink or even a simple offer of water, which was disappointing for an all-inclusive resort. I was also very surprised that nearly all of the restaurants were buffet-style, with the exception of the steakhouse. Even more disappointing, reservations were not available for the steakhouse during our stay. I have stayed at several all-inclusive resorts and have never experienced one where the majority of the dining options were buffets. The nightly entertainment was another major disappointment. Out of the four nights we stayed, only one evening had entertainment that we actually enjoyed. There was also very little poolside entertainment and only a limited selection of water activities. For a family-style resort, I was especially disappointed by the lack of activities and entertainment for children. There was only one billiards table for the entire resort, and there was no club, game room, or other dedicated gaming area for kids. This resort markets itself as a family destination, but the activities and entertainment options for children were extremely limited. The cocktail drinks were also overly sweet and lacked variety. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. Based on our stay, I would not recommend this resort and would not choose to return.

The hotel is beautiful. It has the most beautiful views. The staff was very professional. Three of them , Franklin, Glen and Carlos very very professional and helpful. My only complaint is that by the time I did the reservation , the two restaurants were working , but when we get there the Pampas was closed so that’s not fear. In my opinion The hotel must inform us about this. .
