Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in Arvada, this welcoming retreat lets you enjoy peaceful suburban living while staying close to Denver, Boulder, and the mountains.
The space
Inside, an open layout connects a bright living room, six-seat dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, a smart refrigerator, and a coffee station. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and sliding doors open to a deck perfect for grilling dinner or dining outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms sleep up to twelve guests. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed and private bath. A second bedroom offers two twin beds, and a third includes a full-size bed. Downstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin beds, ideal for kids or friends traveling together. Every room includes soft linens, blackout curtains, and ample storage.
Bathrooms
Three bathrooms - two upstairs and one downstairs - each feature a walk-in shower or tub/shower combo, spacious vanity, and bathroom essentials. The master suite enjoys its own private bath, while the remaining two serve the other bedrooms.
Lower level & entertainment
Head downstairs to unwind in the second living area with a foosball table, corn-hole boards, board games, and two oversized bean bag chairs. A 55" smart TV sets the scene for movie nights, and a washer and dryer are provided for convenience during longer stays.
Outdoor living
Step outside to the deck, fire up the BBQ grill, or relax by the fire pit while kids play in the fenced yard. Outdoor furniture offers space for gathering and dining, with some furnishings stored seasonally during colder months.

Located just minutes from Olde Town Arvada, parks, and the Arvada Center, the home provides easy access to Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and scenic mountain trails. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.
Keep in mind this neighborhood has children outside playing at any given time. Speeding will not be tolerated. Please do not exceed 15 MPH when in residential neighborhoods.
