“這酒店是我少數住過最令人安心、愉悅的好酒店! 旅遊住酒店，除了選擇地點及配套設施外，我更着重''人''的關係!今次選擇了可以能利用Club Lounge這種房間, 真的是好極了! 由第一天就感覺非常良好......前枱櫃檯職員有禮、敏捷、解釋清楚、有耐心、樂於幫忙；房務部門員工由上至下都笑容可掬、熱誠幫助、有禮待人、打掃用心，有關房間內的一切要求都能極力配合；酒吧及餐廳的服務更是令人窩心、員工彬彬有禮、熱心幫忙，尤其是在Lounge吃早餐時，當值員工Yumin知道我有食物敏感時，會細心幫我查核那些食物我可以吃、那些不能，更主動提議一些特別我可吃的健康食物, 真的讓我每天都吃得好安心! 謝謝Yumin! 旅遊時能找對一間優質的酒店去住宿是最重要的......感謝Parkroyal Parramatta Hotel的全體工作人員，讓我們有着9晚10日的輕鬆愉快假期! 謝謝! 我們一定會再來啊! 極力推薦這酒店給大家!”

“The room faced Prospect St and Jame Ruse Dr which suddenly started to have some road works from late night till morning on the first night after we checked in. There was a lot of noisy hammering. Luckily the duty staff (Bevin) moved us to another room for some sleep and on the next morning, the manager found us another room facing a quieter street. “The hotel is quite close to a large shopping mall, where you can get everything you need. It is not far away from the train station. The room is clean. “旅館附近有westfield大型商場及一般店家，生活機能良好。且旅館鄰近火車站，往雪梨市區的捷運班次多，約20分鐘即可抵達市中心，非常方便。住宿價格合理，沒有免費停車服務，是唯一缺點。另外，旅館被其他附近大樓擋住視線，開車時要注意尋找旅館位置，以免找不到。”
