“The hotel was a bit dull, I had to pay in advance; although I had to pay an expensive room, they charged me an extra cost of more than 30 pounds to change the king bed to twin beds which is unacceptable and additionally we were located in a room for disabled people although we requested a different one. The options in the breakfast were very poor and the service a bit slow. I would not recommend this hotel at all: too expensive and poor service and it is not even well located.”

“We only stayed here for one night, on our way back to Belfast to return home from our tour of Ireland. “The room was spacious clean and very tidy. there was a kettle coffee tea sugar milk and a bottle of water in the room. The staff were friendly and very helping. Breakfast was hot and a very good selection on the menu. There were shop close by ,we did not have time to shop,”
