5/5 Excellent
"Very nice hotel. Central and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and activities. "
"Super close to the airport that we could walk! Also appreciated that the shuttle bus leaves “on demand”. Our room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The parking lot and area around the hotel was clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I goofed and booked the wrong date. At first it looked like I had to pay full price for two nights. But the people at the desk worked with Hotels.com so I was only responsible for the cancelation fee. Thank you so much for helping me with my mistake. Great place to stay."

"The staff helped me so much the evening I came in. I came from a ways away and was trying to get to get together. For some reason my gps was not directing me correctly. I was so stressed out. I called and your wonderful staff guided me so patiently. I appreciate them so much!! The stay was amazing as well!"
"Staff, hotel, and room were all excellent. There is construction on the street at the entrance currently which was a little annoying but other than that no complaints. Everything was clean, the room was well stocked w towels. Beds comfortable and room itself big. Will definitely stay again if we return to Seattle. Great location and reasonable price too!"

"Didn't give comfort a 5 because we had a party of 6 and had to use the pull out bed which there were no extra blankets, pillows or sheets stored in the room for out and when asked management to supply, we were only given sheets and pillows. No blanket. The view of the Space Needle across the street was fantastic from the rooftop terrace and our room. "
