"This property was awesome! We had 10 adults and it fit us perfectly. The beds were big and very comfortable and the bedrooms were large enough for all our belongs during the 4 night stay. The living area was huge and had a great vibe with the unique decorating. The TV was plenty big and viewable from all areas of the living room. "My Husband and I LOVED our stay at Loews in KC. We had immaculate customer service from everyone in the place that we talked to especially the front desk workers. They made us feel welcome, made sure we had everything we needed everyday they'd check in and even sent a little goodbye text that's "live" and actual people you text. "the front desk and valet parking employees were EXCELLENT. However the employees who help prepare breakfast were not friendly at all, I would say down right rude. I ask a couple of questions about condiments and drinks, neither lady answered, but just pointed for me in another direction. A smile can go a long way with a guess "

It was a little warm on the top floor but it’s also the middle of the summer so I wouldn’t expect anything less he was a great host, and very communicative always there to help us with our immediate needs."

"This is a very unique contemporary property. It's best to valet park. Street parking is very limited with 2hr limit. No microwave in the suites however there is a microwave in the lobby. Property is filled with beautiful artwork. The property use to be a paint brush factory. Great stay. Great staff💋"
