" The fact that the unit was already occupied (double booked) AND I walked in on the guest (single mother with her young kids) is wrong and totally unacceptable. How does VRBO allow this to happen? Not only did you double book the property, but you provided door security codes to two separate guests who are complete strangers to each other.
