"This was our first getaway as a couple, and we absolutely enjoyed everything. She truly thought of everything when putting this guest room together. I even decided to purchase the Babor products for myself, at home, after falling in love with them this past weekend!! The bed and bedding is SUPER comfy, towels are great quality, and the warming toilet seat, OMG! Thank you for a wonderful guest room for our stay. We plan to book again in the fall!"

"Our stay in the Penthouse at Sylvan Beach was EXCELLENT!! The property was even better than we expected. The openness of the 3rd floor allowed us to be together but not on top of each other. The couch was comfy, TV was great, table fit us all, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. "Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy...

"Truly this place is amazing. Upon entering, everything was super clean. Floors/Counters were immaculate and there was a perfect amount of décor without there being tchotchkes taking up valuable surface area. Darren was incredible even when things went wrong. He was very responsive ahead of time and had the unit set up perfectly for our stay, even bringing in an extra table and chairs so that we had a place to decorate cookies!! "My adult children, spouses, and grandkids ranging in age from 7 months to 20 all had an absolutely wonderful time hanging out in this spacioius house, swimming and hot tubbing, playing pool, and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Two in our family even braved the river for a cold dunk before suana. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend."
