“You can tell the room wasn’t cleaned as it should’ve been. Stains on sheets, debris on floor ”

“Sin desayuno incluido Olor a cigarro por todo el hotel. Camas muy antiestéticas (base de metal tipo hospital) Pues no me gustó nada”

“The hotel in general is good, my room was excellent, clean, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the breakfast service a little poor, but what I didn't like was that there was no hot water, it is difficult to bathe with cold water”

“Parking was very tight very small place to park. Pool area looks great but room looks terrible. It was rusty bathroom sheets were dirty. I had to make them change the sheets. The only thing thing is good is their breakfast area was good.”

“Easy to find location, ample parking, Walmart and other stores just a few steps away, clean and spacious rooms, friendly—bilingual—prompt, and professional staff, family-friendly atmosphere, features a swimming pool and includes breakfast.”

“Rooms are always about the same in appearance; staff could retire old, worn linen and update television and outdated appliances. ”

“I called the front desk at around 8pm saying my toilet was clogged. He offered to move me to a different room which I did. Once I was ready to go to sleep I discovered that the AC was not working at all. I didn’t bother calling down because it was late and I didn’t want to be moved to another room. Staff was friendly but those 2 issues made the stay awful. ”

“Great property. Usually stay here when we come out this way to visit. ”

“The elevator was not working and we were not made aware. Our room was on the third floor so it was a bit of an inconvenience going up the stairs with our luggage. ”
