“Excellent service ”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“We were in town overnight to see where my son works and the liberty bell. The day we arrived happened to be my birthday. After we settled into the hotel for the evening we went down to the bar/restaurant area. We found a big table that we could play games on. We ordered truffle fries and drinks at the bar. They were yummy! Then we ordered Philadelphia cheesecake as my b-day cake. The service at the bar (and everywhere) was fantastic. A very enjoyable evening with my family. We had a……

“Very nice stay. Room was comfortable and quiet. Lots of room and very clean. My wife literally wipes for dust wherever she goes and she gave it 2 thumbs-up! Bed was awesomely comfortable and the view of the city at night was inspiring. We are picky about food too and it was excellent throughout the venue. The Bell-Hop "Joe" was the best. He took our bags out to the garage to load up and checked us out with no hassles. Great customer service!”
