"Loved this hotel. Everything about it was just great. From the service when we arrived to the ease with which they extended our checkout at no cost was above our expectations. The free drinks hour was also a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its location too. "

"My wife and I stayed for five nights from 14-19 November. Everything about our stay was brilliant, from the initial welcome by the concierge Anthony, the wonderful check-in staff and the housekeeping team, we could not fault it.
I am a wheelchair user and the hotel exceeded my expectations considerably. Our room (169) was huge, appropriately adapted and clean.
The quality of the breakfast and dinner was very high with service to match. Staff seemed to go to any length to ensure our experience was positive and they succeeded in that.
I doubt there can be a more centrally located hotel if it is theatres and the landmarks of London you are looking for.
We will definitely return should my health permit. "
"This was the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we had another great experience. The staff are very helpful, the room was great with a stunning view and there’s so many good food options within walking distance of the hotel. This will always be the place we stay when returning to London. "
"Excellent stay. Location fabulous. Room was spacious and modern. Great amenities such as spa and pool. Would thoroughly recommend and will stay again. "
"A absolutely wonderful property for either tourist or business traveller. Super well equipped apt style hotel with great (small though) gym, amazing housekeeping, amazing front desk staff and a block to the tube. I’ve stayed in 20 plus different hotels in London and this is now my new home.
I can’t say enough good things about this place.
Caveat… no onsite food service, but DoorDash delivers fast, and a Starbucks signature is across the street. "
