“Not often that everything is exactly as advertised or better. Great location, comfy bed and couch, small but fully functional kitchen. Huge container of coffee and filters etc was super appreciated ! Lastly, staff awesome, we got a warm good morning from one of the ladies that does house cleaning, Norma was so kind and offered up a great suggestion for us that night to head to the local food market….it was great! 100% stay +!”

“The property was perfectly located and filled with all the amenities and conveniences needed for an amazing vacation! We felt safe walking around and we used the bikes provided for a beautiful ride around the bayKevin was very responsive and we will definitely come back here on our next trip to San Diego!”

“Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.”

“This is the perfect location if you want to be right at the ocean, just a walk across the path to beach and nicely decorated and has a fairly well stocked kitchen. There are even chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Communication with priority managers was efficient and they were quick to try to resolve our concerns. Now, the less desirable aspects of the property. Overall, the property was clean but I do think the kitchen could have been wiped down a bit better. A lot of dust on top of……

“There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.”
