"It is clean and spacious. The staff is nice. If you travel with family this is a great place to stay. Other than a long walk to the old town everything is great."

"Beautiful loft. Clean. Spacious. Awesome location.
Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading."

"We visited in July with our 11 year old. It is close to downtown and worth it for the value - staff is amazing - has a pool - a few options to dine and shop. Walking to Old town depends on fitness as it takes about 15 minutes and hills. We used the hop on hop off which drops of you near the hotel and bought it for 2 days since you only pay extra $5 to buy for the next day - overall, I would come back there."
"We liked everything about it. The decor. We could walk to so many sites, shopping and restaurants. Parking is a bit of an issue however it was worth it. We will definitely book again."
"We had an amazing stay, although too short! The smell when you walk into the lobby, is so pleasurable, calming not an aggressive smell. You should sell your fragrance !!
Staff when we arrived from valet to the reception to the restaurant were very nice, smiling and pleasant people.
We loved our room, the view!! Loved the shower heads and the smell of your products. Only aspect to improve are the pillows, those we had were not comfortable and it took 3 for my husband to have the good dimension for his shoulder- neck gap.
It’s very well situated. Everything is walking distance.
The restaurant’s burrara was delicious
We will be visiting again!! ☺️ Our new place in Qc"
Hôtellerie d'Expérience au Monastère des Augustines
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was amazing. The way they have preserved but modernized the monastery is beautiful. All the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Beds very comfortable. Staff very accommodating. "
"Great location. Room was fully appointed with everything you could need. Comfortable bedding for our daughter who used the sofa bed. Only downside was the elevator was broken for us. Would definitely stay again! "
"Nous adorons cet hôtel, l’emplacement, les lieux, c’est très urbain et classe. Le service est top!
Le seul point à améliorer dans la chambre serait d’avoir des barres pour les serviettes afin qu’elles puissent sécher pour les réutiliser tel que demandé. "
"This location is OUTSTANDING! If you want to explore Old Quebec, you could not ask for better. Incredible views from our window, walk or take elevator downstairs and you are in the midst of the gorgeous old town right across from Chateau Frontenac. Tons of restaurants and shops are located all around.
Parking is available about 4 minute walk away, you probably won't need your car much.
Very friendly staff and the room is modern and well-maintained. Wish we were staying longer!"
