"We were a group of three families - Six adults and five children under the age of 5\. The villa accommodated us perfectly and is very child friendly (no stairs etc). The outdoor space is a dream - plenty of space for the kids to run around within the enclosed garden. We couldn't have asked for more. Spacious rooms, en suite bathrooms, huge kitchen (fully equipped), plenty of outdoor dining space, an outdoor bar (with ice maker), a quiet area, lots of parking and an amazing pool ....The best...

"We love this hotel and stay here every couple of months to enjoy the local nightlife. However on this occasion the reception staff were cold and very unfriendly. This took us by surprise as on all other stays the staff were fantastic. All other parts of the stay were fantastic. The room was lovely and very clean. We will stay here again as all our other stays were great."

"hotel situated in the heart of London. However, it is completely impossible to get in and out of the hotel whenever there is an event taking place in the city. I had to go to the airport. It took me over three hours because the cab driver was not able to drive around all the streets that’s been blocked and not properly notified. Hotel has no shop and no service to help our customers but overall facilities is very nice and Spa was definitely helpful for someone who wants to enjoy and relax. if you travel for business, please make sure you check all the events inside the city so you don’t get stuck like me in the middle of the town without any ability to go to the airport."
