"It's a fine place to stay for a night or two if you're not looking for anything fancy. It's been remodeled so the decor is lovely. However, the structure itself is in need of major repair. You should be aware of that. But it's in a beautiful area and the staff is very responsive. "

"The house is lovely, has a homey feel and is well appointed — but is a work in progress. The outdoor and basement areas were unkempt with tools, tractor, building debris, etc. Many of the owners personal items were in drawers, dirty shoes and coats in the laundry room, etc. As well, there was a lot of visible dust on pictures, around the fireplace, and on the Christmas decorations still up in October. The home has a lot of large nice windows — but were all very dirty to the point that we had to...
