“We booked this hotel specifically for our kids to swim in the pool. As soon as we walked in, they informed us that the pool was not open. I wish they would have notified us of this prior to us showing up. The items in the room seemed very worn also. The chair was ripped in our room and other items were very worn. The sheets did not fit on our bed either and I kept having to readjust them. Breakfast was a big win though. They had plenty of options and did a great job of keeping items stocked.”

“The person before us had requested late check out so our room was not ready until 1/2 hour after check in. We had arrived early so it was a wait. When we checked in we discovered the sheets were stained but the housekeeping team had gone home so we were given a set of sheets to change our own bed. The coffee pot also didn’t work. Not a very good stay for a Marriott. Breakfast was good however. There was a wide selection of healthy foods!”

“We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us. This is one of the worst experiences we have had with Homewood Suites. I was disappointed. Overall the hotel……

“The rooms were super quiet”

“New places are always nice. The back patio was very nice in the evening. Breakfast was okay, better then most... but real eggs versus powdered sure would be nice!!! The hot water tasted like coffee and was no where near hot enough to brew tea!!! YUCK!!!”

“Both the outdoor pool and hot tub were not working. We specifically chose this hotel for the outdoor pool. They didn't even have lounge chairs outside to sit on. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which is fine but they only give you towels for 1 day. We needed to go to the front desk every day for towels which is ridiculous. Lighting in the room was terrible.”

“Large, clean room. Friendly staff. Water, coffee, tea available in the lobby. Nice indoor pool and spa. Quiet location near food options. Red Rock Amphitheater a short drive away.”

“Where to begin? Absolutely, hands down worst stay in a hotel, ever. First we couldn’t even get in, because of drunk idiots in the parking lot that refused to move. It was after midnight and we were exhausted already and then to have to ask people to move out of the way 4 times? Which proved to be a waste. Because the front desk girl, although kind, misguided us that there was ample parking in the back. Well there was none and no way to turnaround which left us to have to backup a 26’ uhaul with……

“Our stay was simply amazing. The staff and property were great! The room was very spacious and clean, loved the bathroom and the water pressure was great! At a great price for a last minute stay!”
