“Great location near Red Rocks. Room was clean. I did not have contact with any live person during the entire 4 night stay. The lodge had a terrible sewer smell at various times throughout the day. I called and left a message. Someone called me back and said they would check in with the owners, but I never received a call from anyone about the issue.”

“The rooms were very clean and the hotel has a number of conveniently located sitting/gathering areas that are great for times when we were waiting for someone or for our entire group to gather without feeling crowded or like we were in the middle of the lobby. The staff was super helpful and friendly, too. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.”

“Very unique property, excellent property location for downtown. I booked 2 rrooms, I got an upgrade, one got a basic room. No notification of upgrade. Standard room was not worth the money at all. Staff tried to explain upgrade was to balance out inventory. Great property but not worth the money and would search out different property next time.”

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……
