“My wife and I stayed in Cincinnati for two Reds baseball games and this condo was in a perfect place to get there and also get around to other sites in downtown Cincinnati. The condo itself is beautiful and you can tell the owner did a lot of upgrades to make it a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was available and all amenities were great! We would definitely stay again.”

“The neighborhood was very nice with many beautiful homes. The nearby park was very nice as well. The house is old but in good condition. Kitchen well equipped. Had a handy little office area. Didn't realize that the unit is on the second and third floors. Was a little challenging carrying our luggage and supplies up the steep stairs. Overall a good stay.”

“This place was amazing and have never stayed in such a clean VRBO. My wife wants yo adopt whoever cleans for you all plus she wants to move in and live in Cincinnati full time. The views are better than expected. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable that I have ever used as well.”

“Unit is very well maintained and stocked. The stairs are wide and easily managed with suitcases...good exercise! Great location and very quiet because it is away from street and on top floor. Owner easy to work with. Some exterior upgrades going on in building. Check with owner on status if daytime noise or construction stuff is a concern of yours.”

“Really cute 3rd floor walk up. 2 bedrooms beautiful space & views. We were able to walk everywhere from baseball park to Finley market. Tons of bars & restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.”

“Property matches the pictures. Location is VERY convenient to highways, yet quiet. Also very convenient to a number of famous Cincinnati eateries. Easy access to Cincinnati sporting events.”

“The property was very well maintained, with a LOT of room. The location was perfect for us. The communication with the property management was excellent. We prefer this experience over staying in a hotel room, and it was much less expensive. We plan on returning here sometime in the future. ”

“Came to town for the Asian Food Festival, which was excellent and needed a place close to Court Street Plaza. This was exactly what I needed.”

“Great condo, easy proximity to downtown, easy walking distance to most things (I walked to and from a conference at the Duke center in about 10 minutes). Yes you have to walk up some stairs to get to the top floor- but if you’re in any kind of shape it’s not bad at all.”

“Very convenient 2 BR w 2 baths, a lot of space, laundry, 1-2 miles to Sawyer Point. Everything was very good. There were some steep stairs to climb from street level to entry. Im 70 and in another 10 years I probably wouldnt b able to handle the stairs. Now was ok. Would definately rent again.”

“It is an up and coming area with a lot to see around you. Having the bedrooms in the back is nice because you can hear everything below in front and there was music playing every night. We weren’t really bugged by it because you are staying in the city. I think blackout and noise reduction curtains would be a good option for the living room window. The place was cute and it was clean. More throws and pillowcases would be nice too but, overall it was a great space.”

“Beautifully renovated loft apartment with lovely finishes and details. Generously sized main bedroom with 5-Star hotel bed and linens. Appreciated the extra large flat screen TV so my other half could watch the NBA playoffs as well as the Nespresso machine. Free on site parking is a major amenity in this neighborhood. You know it’s a good rental when you walk in and say, “I could live here””

“The location for both events were great. The home is nice however, i would make a few changes... 1) top sheets on the beds, softer sheets 2) the temperature is not well balanced, girls upstairs were very hot at night and the ones downstairs froze, ceiling fans in all bedrooms 3) keurig coffee maker, we could not figure out how to use the one there 4) shower curtain in downstairs bath was not effective, had mold on one side 5) rugs in downstairs bath were not good, they did not grip the floor……

“Everything met my expectations. The flat was clean, the location is amazing and the owner was very responsive. My only complaint is that I communicated the urgency of needing an ironing board and they promised to get me one but they never did. Please get an ironing board next time as most of your guests will need one especially if they travel to Cincinnati for work. I highly recommend the place and will definitely stay there again.”

“We booked this cabin because it was close to the Ark Encounter, and we wanted to have a quiet place to relax. When we arrived it hadn't been cleaned and wasn't ready for us, so we contacted the host, who apologized and assured it would be taken care of. Turned out the cleaning service was running behind and hadn't been there yet. We bought some groceries and went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and the cabin was ready when we finished. We were refunded all but a few dollars of the cleaning……
