We liked the location, free parking, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were never made up while there for 4 days. The exhaust fan was filthy, with dust constantly falling down in the bathroom.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the room itself was unacceptable. The bed frame is smaller than the mattress, did not support the mattress fully — about a quarter of it was hanging off with no support. This made sleeping very uncomfortable, and resulted in serious safety concern.
The bed frame is smaller than the mattress. The whole mattress is not flat - this is casuing bad sleep and safety risk.

They put us in a room without an enclosed shower, so after every shower we had to dry the bathroom floor, which got completely wet. By the end of the third day, we had a pile of dirty, wet towels. Also, the bathroom had no outlets, so I had to dry my hair in the bedroom, but there was no mirror there to help — the only mirror was in the bathroom.

Nice stay near Fort William

Base Camp is literally that. It is at the base of the gondola so easy access for hikers, bikers etc. The room are no frills but clean and the bunks and 1 double was perfect for our family of 5. The staff is the best part - super helpful and friendly.

Great location for activities at the Nevis Range. Comfortable room. Room had tv but no channels but the option to sign into Netflix or YouTube.

Great for a short stay 1-3 day stay for a large family. We had a family room for 5 that could accommodate 6 people. Single bathroom so it requires time management if you’re there with a large group of 6. It was perfect for our group size and needs.

The only problem we had was our fan was broken. With there not being ac and the midges being outside in abundance (we couldn't open the window with any lights on) it got a little warm. I could also have an irrational fear of midges, not sure, but they freak me out. Other than that the staff was great, very kind, and i loved exploring the outdoors.

My stay was really enjoyable overall. Bedding wasn't extraordinary, probably my only complaint overall. The staff is amazing and really friendly! Highly recommended, especially if you're into outdoors and hiking.
