“This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59……

“The property was amazing. My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. All of the animals on the farm were such a unique part of the experience. The bed and sheets were so comfortable. The outdoor shower was probably one of my favorite parts! What a beautiful countryside and amazing host!!”

“My five month old GSP and I relaxed in a beautifully appointed apartment/cottage aproximately 20 minutes from Ithaca, NY.Surrounded by rolling farmland we enjoyed many snacks and drinks complements of the hosts. Everything worked perfectly and it was very clean and peaceful.”

“Book this property in July or August and it will be a magical setting. It should not be offered in late May. There is open air exchange to the outside through a space between the roof and the walls. With temperatures around 45 outside, it was extremely uncomfortable. Extra blankets were provided upon my complaint, but we had to be wrapped in blankets and fully clothed including shoes at all times. In addition, there were birds nesting in the corner of the cottage in an area where there was a……

“Perfectly appointed. Owners thought of every little thing and found a good spot for it. Clean and comfortable I've already booked a return trip!”

“The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. ”

“What a great house! We walked down to the commons for shopping and dinner as well as strolled the hiking path right up the hill from the house. We sat in the front porch with morning coffee and soaked in the hot tub after the Special Olympics Polar Plunge. Appreciated the details (shower had shampoo and conditioner, coffee machine had filters). We even stayed up playing pool. Lots to do both inside and out. Thank you for the stay. It made for a perfect weekend.”
