“The only complaint I have for the 3 days we stayed there is that the chlorine smell in the pool area is WAY too strong. I've dealt with indoor and outdoor pool maintenance for the past 30 years and the smell should not be that strong. Either the ventilation is not working properly because it needs more, or there is too much chlorine being used. Both my husband's and my eyes were burning and swelling up from it being too strong. Only 2 other couples were there also and one had to leave because……

“My family comes multiple times a year for the waterpark. Since last visit we have noticed that the staff is much less friendly than before. I'm not sure what the dynamic is behind the scenes, but the energy of the front desk and cleaning staff was depressing. We were also dissapointed that we were shorted waterpark passes at check in (no problem previous stays in same suite), concerned that the waterpark life guard staff was constantly on their phones or gossiping with each other and seemed……

“super clean rooms, water park was perfect for my 3 and 5 year old. only thing i wasn’t super happy about was the water park doesn’t open till 9am. kids are up early so waiting for several hours to open wasn’t great. wish it would open earlier but otherwise very impressed. we’ll be going back for sure ”
