“Great as usual. Pet policy is great. One thing we noticed was the changeover to tile floors which the dog did not like, but he does not get a vote. Mostly because he is a dog ”

I have stayed here multiple times, I love that it's dog-friendly, staff is always so very welcoming. Breakfast is nothing to shout about... but there's coffee and juice and toast and a waffle machine. Eggs are powdered... Overall, a stellar deal for those staying in Altavista. ”

She saw in our faces that something was off and she took the time to ensure my family was okay. She uplifted our spirits and because of her, when we return to Lynchburg, we will be staying at this location.”

“We had a smiling face greet us at check in. We needed an extra pillow and towels and they promptly got them for us with a smile. The room was extremely clean. There is fresh coffee and hot breakfast each morning We were once again greeted with a smile and asked for feedback good or bad at checkout. If in the area would stay again. ”

“I forgot to ask for a room on the bottom level, my husband is handicapped and I have 2 bad knees. With no elevator we would have been just miserable. We were first told no that there wasn't any rooms available. BUT to the rescue I think the manager hooked us up and we got a room. That was greatly appreciated . Room was clean, bed was EH. But we are not picky people just want a room a toilet and shower and pray that the bed is comfortable and clean. Thanks again for getting a room on the……

“There was a nice breakfast buffet but food items that were supposed to be warm were not warm. There doesn't appear to be sufficient heating apparatus to keep warm items warm. The hotel appeared to have a large number of children as guests. The room above me was occupied by children running and jumping throughout my stay which was unfortunate.”
