“We had a hard time getting internet. The toilet had trouble holding water”

“The house was very spacious and had a nice backyard space. Beds were clean and comfortable, Some areas of the house could have been a bit cleaner.”

“place was beautiful and clean. only complaint is the TV's should at least have basic cable including ESPN, major networks, ect. not everyone likes streaming channels where you cannot watch everyday sports and programs”

“I really wanted to take in Philadelphia this year in the 250th celebration and there are many others that do also! This was the perfect place for me. A short walk past cute little houses to the Museum of Art with the Rocky steps! If you were planning on doing the Rocky Run in November this would be the perfect distance for a warm-up walk/run pre-race. A very secure building with electric locks (no worries about carrying keys). Quiet hours. Super clean. Kitchen with full size appliances including……

“My husband walked in and he literally walked FaceTime me showed me all the mold and all the dirt and the dead cockroaches so I could take screenshots any videotaped all the dirt where the glasses were in the kitchen as he moved them around the dirt that laid on the shelves and then he walked out. He was literally only in there for about 10 to 15 minutes and and then I immediately called Expedia and vrbo and also the host who never got in touch with us. The basement has a terrible mold smell……

“This is my second stay at one sky loft this time in a bigger suite. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, private entrance with a rooftop balcony and views. I did put in a request for extra wash cloths the day I arrived because it was 4 people but didn't get them until the day before we were to leave. We had plenty of towels though. I will definitely stay again and again!”

“I got there about 20 minutes before check in so I went to my room anyway to see if I could get in. I put in the code and the door opened but then hit the door stop, indicating someone was inside. I though maybe there was still a cleaner in there so I just waited in the hall. About 5 minutes later a random person came out and asked if this was my room. I said yes and he said to just give him a minute and he'll leave. He said he stays there sometimes because his mom worked at the building. He left……

“It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but……

“The property itself was very nice. Location for us was convenient and walking up and down the stairs was not a bother. Not sure if bringing our own body wash or shampoo was listed but would have liked to have known in advance. We did leave some so hopefully the next group will be happy. Also, the bed and sofa are squeaky. Overall nice.”

“Great amenities, impeccably clean, and a fantastic location right in the heart of Old City, yet somehow peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t ask for more.”
