Be aware they charge $20 for parking at check out, they gave us a parking pass and said to park wherever we find an opening and said nothing about having to pay $20 for a nights stay, unbelievable. Staff was terrible at check in . No guidance and rude when asked questions. Rooms were stale and cold and noisy . Wellness centre is poorly set up with no direction and staff is uninformed and rude.
