"Great staff and activities"

"Not really clean, Friendly staffs You need to remind them of the amenities you need multiple times and room service and room cleaning takes sooo long I left in the AM went back to the room to get changed around 3-4pm, room was still not cleaned. Wasnt sure if it was low staff as it wasnt the peak season, but even if i request cleaning service to be done by specific time, it was never met."

"All staff was friendly, helpful and the best customer service you can imagine. Clean well appointed room. The Club was worth the extra money to have special adults only access to food and pools. "

"Very large room and a bathroom that was set up in a clever way for multiple people to use it at the same time. Lots of pools. Neat little details like popsicle stations and cocktail food trucks in various locations. Great waterpark. Free golf cart "trains" driving around the resort on fixed routes, picking up and dropping off guests."
