“The property itself was clean and as advertised, but was still smaller than anticipated. We had to store our empty suitcase in our car because there is no room. There is no privacy if you use the porch and upper deck which was annoying. The neighbors are so close you can hear each other’s conversations and you could probably touch each other if you reached out. That’s how close the units are to each other. “Second stay here. Love the location and the studio has everything you need. The hot tub was heavenly especially on the cold nights I was there. Met the owner this trip and Mark was very friendly and welcoming as always. A mile to the ferry which I took to Ocracoke and spent the day. Plenty to do on Hatteras so much history, shopping and beautiful beaches. Love it there!”
