"The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. The property grounds were serene and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose the Royal Palms again."

"Beautiful view and very friendly staff. You do have to take a water taxi ($1 and operates 24/7) to the main part of downtown Santa Cruz but the view is worth it! Also it’s across from The Point by Midoro which as an amazing view and food. I would stay there again! "

"We had a lovely night at the lodge. It was a family run hotel who made us feel so welcome. The bed was huge and comfortable, the family were on hand for absolutely anything. "Centrally located with lots of choices to shop and eat. A block away from The Port and plenty of taxis available. The Staff was great and their breakfasts in the morning are incredible! WiFi was a little spotty but that’s the only thing I’d change. They even packed us little snack bags for our airport run!! "
