For the price very good, clean comfortable small room nice bed shower worked fine, very central location, helpful reception staff, it’s in a steep street that looks a bit run down but is safe and a good cheap Turkish cafe on the corner

The manager of this property lied. They first said the wifi is great and it never worked for us on 4 devices. We checked out as soon as we came in. They then told us to contact Expedia for a refund, then they text us on Whatsapp saying there is no refund even though they said there would be one. Overall bad experience. It is not worth the savings to stay here. Bad location, and bad management, ruined part of our trip as we had to relocate last minute.

0/5 It was not safe at all, it was very dirty and had a bad smell. The whole room smelled of paint. We only stayed there for half an hour and we all got headache. The photos posted on the internet did not match the reality at all. The staff did not behave well and did not take care of our problems at all. We arrived at 11pm and had to look for a new hotel that night. Although the problems were from the hotel, they did not return our money and treated us badly. They are thieves!!!

Dear Team, Many thanks for your email, I just would like to tell you, this is one of the worst accommodations I have ever tried in my life, for the following reasons, After long flight, depart London at 18:00, I arrived around 8:00 am the following day, left my luggage, then he shocked me by saying your room on the fourth floor and there is no lift in thus hotel, also, no water, it was cut and come back around 6:00 am the following day, internet was very very poor, you can open any email, I asked them nicely to change it the first or even second floor, they replied , it is all full, no a/c air condition, they set it on fan only, also, TV is not working, he tried to turn it on, but he failed and said, it is all Turkish channels, you don't need it, during my stay for 3 days, no one come to clean the room, even change the sheets and towels, I told them my wife is a disabled person, grade A since 1998, see her latest badges to believe this, and we are waiting for the renewal of the new badge, I am not expecting here an apology, but a full refund for this bad experience, and spoiled my holiday that I planned for it the whole year after Covid-19, to take my wife to do some change, because her mental status is so bad, she has Asthma as well. Waiting for your quick reply. Kind Regards Raad

Avevamo una suite delux, abbastanza pulita, ottima qualità prezzo, struttura un pò vecchia quindi no ascensore e la canera è al 5piano ma la vista dal balcone è piacevole , taxim non è il posto migliore al mondo ma il soggiorno è stato più che buono,consigliato

Katastrophal!!! wir kamen gegen sehr spät in der Nacht an, und mussten eine halbe Stunde warten, bis jemand von der Rezeption kam. Obwohl wir mehrmals angerufen haben, hat sich das Personal nicht stressen lassen! Als wir dann das Zimmer betraten, war es schmutzig, das Bett war nicht gemacht (wie als hätte jemand einpaar Stunden zuvor dort geschlafen) Müll lag rum und Essensreste, die verschimmelt waren lagen rum. Als wir dann dieses Problem ansprachen, wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, welches sehr Schlimm gestunken hat!!! Übernachten in diesem Zimmer keine Chance. Für uns war direkt klar wir müssen uns ein anderes Zimmer in einer anderen Unterkunft buchen, was wir auch gemacht haben. Katastrophales Erlebniss! Ich empfehle es keinem!!!

Taksim diye seçtik bu oteli Tarlabaşının varoş sokağında varoş bir otel çıktı.resimlere aldanmayın görebileceğiniz en kötü ve pis mekandır muhtemelen. Geç saatte mecburen kalmak zorunda kaldık ama ertesi gün erken saatte kaçtık resmen.gece yarısı sokakta bagırarak konuşan araplar ve hiç eve gitmeyecekcesine bağırışan çocuklardan zaten hiç uyumadık odamızın manzarasının fotografını paylaşıyorum getisini siz anlayın

Très très moyen mais pour le prix payé ça passe, le petit déjeuner est une arnaque ( box livrée à la chambre sans boissons et la même chose tous les jours). Le grand point fort c'est l'emplacement très proche de Taksim et la gentillesse du personnel
