"I had an amazing view from my room that had the most lovely high ceilings. Everything was quite spacious and clean, including the bathrooms. I definitely took advantage of the hot tubs on the 5th floor. The ease of access to the ski shuttle and downtown restaurants and shopping was perfect. My only critique was the allowance of several small (4 to be exact, over 2 different nights) children into the liunge area that does explicitly state "no minors." I would've stayed for a drink while waiting on the hot tubs the second night, but they were jumping on the couches and shrieking. Considering it was easy for me to leave, I did so. But something they should consider reinforcing. "

"Beautiful hotel, great restaurant and cafe/bakery on site. Pools and sauna were gorgeous. 15 minute walk to shops or free bus. No Netflix was disappointing. Would have been a perfect stay if not for that. "
