"Beautiful home and location…peaceful surroundings but close enough to Lexington to satisfy shopping/entertainment needs. Excellent communication from host. And host was awesome in addressing our questions and getting us firewood for the outdoor fire pit. Would suggest adding a note to the listing that check in info is usually shared the day of check in.Will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we are in the Lexington area."

"What a lovely property! We only got to stay one night, but would have enjoyed a longer stay. The house is super roomy, with lots of comfy places to sleep. We enjoyed the game room immensely as we were winding down from a long day on the road. Easy access to food and shopping. "

"The Farmhouse was great! Phillip is a great host. He responded quickly to messages & was friendly and helpful. The Farmhouse is a rustic getaway. It’s stocked with everything you need for your vacation. It’s easily accessible and close to restaurants and stores. The front and back porches are wonderful & the solitude was very welcome after long days hiking the beautiful trails of the Gorge. The Whip-poor-will calling on the hillside took me back to evenings on my grandparents’ porch. "
