“you walk in and it smell bad . there is no free breakfast just coffee which they had the bleach next too . the towels look dirty i was told they clean but the towels are soo old and stain . there was mud shoes at the stair way that was there all week i was there five day . i fell down the stares as they are super small . they didn’t seem to be concern . they had a fridge that sat in the diner for days and the cleaning room door stay open all times . ”

“We flew in Wednesday night, checked in, and headed to our room. On the way to the 2nd floor, the elevator shook so badly it felt like it was having a seizure before stopping. We got to the room around 11pm, just wanting sleep, and found the layout odd—the bed in the middle with a pony wall, a desk on the other side with no chair, and confusing light switches. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though. The next morning, the shower was frustrating. The glass didn’t keep water off the……

“Parking and Breakfast was good, However, I wasn't told that they only clean rooms every other day and if you want your room clean you have to request it. So to my surprise I came back to my room and it was still not cleaned. Also the TV stop connecting to the WIFI. I called for someone and was told someone would come then told to unplug everything to see if that worked. It did not work I informed the front desk and was told someone was coming no one never came to fix the TV. No a happy camper……

“This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. ”
