Hotel is very convenient for downtown and riverwalk. It has a two room option which is great for space. Our room had great air conditioning. No balconies or opening windows to enjoy naturally pleasant weather. Nice bar area but noisy and lots of “events” so crowded and no where to sit some evenings. Terrible house keeping. We had service 2 times in a 5 night stay. Had to get our own towels, coffee etc from the front desk. Very sweet but clueless front desk staff. No free coffee station in the lobby for the morning. No staff checking on pool, broken furniture, no towels etc. Noisy design atrium style hotel. Noise travels up to all floors. Make sure you get a room down a hallway and not over the atrium.

Rustic, yet very comfortable. The property is a hunting lodge, with hosted hunts. Pool and hot tub was very nice and the Cantina had very good food and drink variety. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. We will be staying there again.

Great stay, only complaint is they nickel and dime you for everything.

The room was very clean as well as very comfortable. Also, check in was easy and the restaurant that is part of the hotel is delicious! It was very quiet.
