“The room was basic, which is fine. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels. The beds were not comfortable. The pull out couch was dirty. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was broken… if just looking to sleep one night its fine”

“My husband and I have been travelling down from Canada to the southern States. This was definitely the nicest room from the motels we’ve rented so far. The room was very clean with super comfortable clean beds & a clean newer carpet. The room was also really quiet. Good continental breakfast. I will be looking to book these motels in the future. “Bad experience. Everything was broken. 1st was given the wrong room. Then was changed to a room on 2nd floor. Elevator worked when arrived, then broke down. AC in room didn't work. Fridge was froze up, didn't work. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn't work. Outside exit/entrance doors were broken: did not lock, so anyone had access. Rooms not too clean. Even the toilet paper holders were broken - paper roll was stuck on the bar - no roller bar - so fell to the floor a lot. Took a long time to get hot……

“Didn't like the huge crack in the window glass. Didn't like AC rattling all night. Didn't like the large amount of mildew (black and red) in the shower. Refrigerator cooling panel was barely hanging on to the back of the fridge. TV worked in the morning but not at night. Water pressure in shower very inconsistent. Bathroom floor was anything but clean. On the bright side, bed was comfy.”

“Our stay was not a happy one. We were there for my mother's funeral. The staff was very nice and offered their condolences. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We booked a 1 King bed which came with a high mattress, being a short woman I had trouble getting into bed. The Hotel was at a great location with a nice variety of restaurants to choose from. ”

“We stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio and had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. They advertise free breakfast, but both mornings the options were either unavailable or not refilled. On the first day, we were told they were out of bread. On the second day, by 8:45 AM, there was almost nothing left. When we requested a refill, the lady manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. I took a small portion—one bowl of cereal, three pancakes, and……

“The room was spotless. no frills, no pool or breakfast but the great bed and nice smelling towels make up for that. Plus my room had a nice little kitchen, 2 burner stove, microwave, and small full refrigerator. Good tv, happy staff. The price was great, I will be staying there again.”

“Room Excellent. Staff great. Breakfast area small and not enough seating area. Bath/shower needs ADA bars. Older people like me need these otherwise there is a sense of insecurity. Ice machine nearby made a lot of noise during the night. ”
