"Great old Florida house for our little event. Guests enjoyed pool table, ping pong, games, etc. was just right for us. Nice that bedrooms are both upstairs and downstairs and spread out. Suggest pressure washing outside that would make a nice difference. Its a lotta house to take care of. I get that!"

"Will stay here again! We came to Tampa for a concert and was right across from the amphitheater. Close to the Hard Rock hotel and really everything we wanted to do. I was a little worried when I read the reviews others had posted about the neighborhood. When we got there though we realized it’s like any other one around. "The listing is accurate to the "T" Quiet neighborhood, easy to shops, private! The King bed made such a difference. The pool was fantastic, anytime of the day, was serviced as stated. We only get to see my fam, once a year, we had family day at the pool. Mgt company answered all questions and in a timely manner. The only thing I would recommend would be cleaning supplies. ( I am neat freak) ex floor cleaner, spray cleaner for counters, etc.. Washer and Dryer was a nice addition! We will be back...

"Having rented many houses in this area this by far was the best! Cheryl was one of the most considerate and helpful hosts we have ever dealt with. The house was immaculate and so well stocked from everything from paper products to towels. I was especially impressed by the well stocked kitchen. Ample supply of pots pans dishes etc. pool area is beautiful and clean. So enjoyed our vacation and hopefully staying at your home again. Thank you Cheryl!"

"Great place to stay if looking around downtown Tampa and Ybor City. I was in town for an event at the convention center next to the hockey arena, and this location was a great choice. It is clean, nicely renovated, and very comfortable, and the hosts are so nice and responsive for any questions. It is right beside the interstate but noise was not an issue, and when I took an uber downtown, it was only a short wait and only about $11, so an easy choice if you don’t want to drive. If we return...

"We stayed at La Casita for 7 days. It was perfect for us as a base for exploring Ybor City and the greater Tampa area. The extra bedroom was unused but a nice bonus. We used the free trolley to access downtown Tampa multiple times. Will stay there again if in the area."
