"There were no parking passes provided to us and we were forced to take the risk in parking in residential parking because there was no visitor parking left. I asked the owner to provided passes but she kept saying “she’ll let me know what the cleaning team says”. One of our cars ended up being towed costing 237. The property owner yet again that she’d resolve the issue and nothing ever happened by the time checkout arrived. The property also had bathrooms with no shower curtain and toilets that...

"Almost all of the blinds were broken. The back door handle was broken off. There was a musty odor that seemed like it had been covered up with a cleaner smell. The faucet had a steady stream of water flowing out of it. The soap dispenser in the bath room had just been filled with water. The towels were very worn. The property management company "

"Good location for Busch gardens but facility is very run down and was clearly some dorm set up. Clean and operational, but didnt have kitchen knives , only some plates and forks. Unit was clean but very run down. Host few is very high for the amenities - pool dirty and grills didnt work."

"We had a very nice and calming time while staying here, it was also very nice and calm for our cats which was wonderful!"

"This unit was fine for our needs. We were out on the water all day, every day. We had breakfast and dinner each day and then slept. Not fancy and could seem tight for too many people. Manager was very responsive. "

"Location is perfect but upon arriving the first evening the stale cigarette smell as I walked in was a bad experience. I immediately contacted the host but did not get a reply until the next evening. Fortunately this was a working trip and we were not there during the day. We were able to open up windows the next eve and that helped. Fortunately the bedroom area didn’t smell as bad. There should have been a return of some fees!"
