My bathroom was dirty when I arrived there was no shower curtain put up. It was dirt in my tub as if they started cleaning my room and then forgot to finish it. The curtains for the balcony was dirty. Not happy with my stay.

The entire property is beautiful. It was a true vacation experience. I would advise if you are handicapped to specify a downstairs villa or condo. They alternate up and down. Other than that I highly recommend this resort.

Very dirty unit. Carpet smelled like urine. Not worth the price.

Overall, we had a very good stay at Hilton. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we were satisfied with the hotel’s facilities and overall experience. The only area that could use some improvement is the customer service. Some of the staff did not seem very accommodating, and there were moments when we felt a little uneasy or not as welcomed as we had hoped. A warmer and more welcoming approach toward guests would make the experience even better. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would still give the hotel 5 stars.
