“I’ve never left a rating this low, and honestly, I won’t recommend staying here. It’s a self check-in hotel with no front desk support. On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. I stayed for six nights, and this happened repeatedly. To get access, I had to call the helpline multiple times (I’m using an overseas mobile). Each call kept me on……

“My sisters and I booked a 2 bedroom cottage for a long weekend around Greenport. The listing said it was a 2 bedroom with queen beds but when I arrived I realized one room was only a full so one of us had to sleep on the pull out couch for us all to be comfortable. You also definitely need a car. It’s a 45 min walk from the train station so if you’re coming from the city it’s not a convenient location and it’s off a busy road.
